Children
It is so exciting to see what the Lord is doing in our church and in the lives of children.
We believe that every boy and girl should be shown the unconditional love of Jesus Christ. In the GBC Children’s Ministry, your children are shown the love of Christ through Bible lessons that are geared to their own age group, dedicated helpers who are screened and trained, and Christian songs that are exciting and educating. Organized Sunday School, energetic Children’s Church, and Wednesday Night Kid's Club make Grace Baptist Church a wonderful place in which a child can grow!
Teens
The teen years can be confusing, difficult, and challenging. But they can also be awesome!
Through Sunday classes, outreach, monthly activities, annual trips, retreats, and programs, the teens at GBC are challenged and equipped to live for Christ while they are in their youth. Each year, the teens can look forward to camps, trips, outreach events, fun activities, and many opportunities to grow in God’s Word. We do everything within our power to provide the Bible-based wisdom that teens need, combined with the friendly atmosphere that teens enjoy!
Adults
The Connection Groups are smaller families within our church family. Because you are important to God, it is important to us that you find the perfect fit. By attending, you will connect with others like yourself for Bible studies, friendships, and activities. So regardless of your age or background, there is a group for you! Connection Groups start at 10:00 am each Sunday.
MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)
MOPS is a ministry designed for mothers, especially for expecting mothers and mothers of young children. At MOPS, we try to encourage and equip our mothers in their home, in their church, and in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Love Works
The goal of Love Works is a simple one---to show the love of Christ by serving the community. Whether it is partnering with our local Habitat for Humanity, organizing floats and marchers at a parade, painting at a women's home, or picking up trash after a fall festival, our desire is that through our actions, we may direct others to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Nursing Home
Every month, we have the opportunity to conduct services for those that are residents at the Groton Regency Nursing Home and the Fairview Nursing Home. The people enjoy a good time of singing together along with a message from God's Word. For many of the residents, this is a highlight of their month.
